The EU Clinical Trials Information System (CTIS), the European Medicines Agency's public register of every clinical trial authorised under the EU Clinical Trials Regulation (about 12,700 trials, including those transitioned from EudraCT), through its public JSON API: search by text, condition, medicine, sponsor, EU/EEA country, phase, status, decision or start date, rare disease, orphan designation and results, and read one full trial record by EU CT number, CTIS URL or a linked NCT, EudraCT, ISRCTN or WHO UTN number, with per-country decisions, statuses and sites, products and active substances, endpoints, eligibility, safety events, corrective measures, modifications and results. Every result carries EMA's reuse terms.
