Building, roof, siding, solar, electrical, mechanical and plumbing permits issued by the City of Cambridge, Massachusetts Inspectional Services Department, from nine datasets on the Cambridge Open Data Portal (data.cambridgema.gov, Socrata), reloaded daily from the city's permitting system. Search one category, or the five building permit datasets merged, by address, ZIP, map-block-lot parcel, contractor, permit type, work description, status, equipment (heat pumps, ductless splits, EV chargers, solar PV, batteries, generators, electric water heaters), issue and application dates and declared cost, newest first; read one permit with every published column; and rank contractors by permits and declared cost in a date window. Records follow the shared permits shape with typed equipment details for solar (kW, panels, inverter, battery), electrical, mechanical and plumbing permits. The data is dedicated to the public domain under the ODC PDDL: every response and record carries its licence, attribution and source URL.
