Every certificate of occupancy the Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) has issued since 2005, from the City of Los Angeles open data portal data.lacity.org (Socrata dataset 3f9m-afei): about 63,000 certificates for new buildings, additions, alterations and pools, each with the PCIS permit it closes, permit type and sub-type, site address, ZIP, coordinates, Los Angeles County APN, work description, valuation, dwelling units, floor area and the contractor's business name and California licence number and class. Search by address, ZIP, contractor, licence number, permit type, work description, status, certificate date, valuation, dwelling units or APN, newest first; read one certificate with every published column by certificate or permit number; rank contractors by certificates and valuation for a date window. LADBS loads the data weekly. CC0 1.0 (public domain): every response and record carries its licence and source URL. Personal names and addresses of licence principals and applicants are left out.
