WPRDC (data.wprdc.org): Pittsburgh permits, code violations, condemnations and contractor licences
City of Pittsburgh building and property records from the Western Pennsylvania Regional Data Center (data.wprdc.org), the CKAN open data portal for Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. PLI Permits (CC BY; about 66,000 building, electrical, mechanical, demolition and other permits issued since June 2019, reloaded daily): search by address, ZIP, neighborhood, contractor, type, scope, status, issue dates, project value or parcel, and read one permit with every column. The PLI/DOMI/ES Violations Report (CC0): code-enforcement case files with investigations, cited code sections and court dates by address, parcel, case, type, status and date. Condemned and Dead-End Properties (CC BY). Licensed Contractors and Trade Licenses (CC0): the city's general, sign, electrical, HVAC and other licences by name, number, type, status and dates. Every record carries the Allegheny County parcel id where published, so permits, violations and condemnations join on parcel_id, plus its licence and source URL. Rows carry no change time, so new records are polled by issue, investigation or condemnation date.
