Every record carries the dataset DOI and citation. All 55 MEDSL datasets are CC0 1.0. Datasets behind a Dataverse guestbook (U.S. House 1976-2024, County Presidential 2000-2024, the 2018 and 2020 precinct releases and others) are metadata-only: the program never submits a guestbook response.
