Health Canada's Canadian Nutrient File (CNF), the reference food-composition table for Canada: 5,690 foods with up to 152 nutrients per 100 g, Canadian fortification values, serving measures with gram weights, refuse and yield factors, in English or French. Food search by name, the full nutrient record of one food (optionally converted to a chosen measure such as 250ml), the nutrient, nutrient-group and data-source reference lists, the 23 CNF food groups and the search for foods ranked by one nutrient within a food group. Anonymous JSON API of the public CNF web app plus two GET-and-POST pages of the same app for the food-group aware nutrient search. Data: Canadian Nutrient File, Health Canada, Open Government Licence - Canada; the online CNF is the 2015 publication (Health Canada is preparing a CNF 2026 dataset).
