Food Standards Australia New Zealand's Australian Food Composition Database (AFCD Release 3.0, December 2025), the reference nutrient database for Australia: about 1,600 foods with up to 268 nutrients each (proximates, minerals, vitamins, fatty acids, amino acids, organic acids) per 100 g, with derivation and sampling notes, AUSNUT classification and food groups. Food search by name, letter or group, the complete nutrient profile of one food by Public Food Key, the food group hierarchy, the foods of a sub group, the nutrient catalogue and every food ranked by one nutrient. Anonymous JSON API behind the public AFCD search pages on www.foodstandards.gov.au (afcd.foodstandards.gov.au redirects there). Licence: CC BY 4.0, attribution 'Food Standards Australia New Zealand'; some borrowed values cite third-party sources (USDA, NZ FCD).
