Source Schedule E: Shopify Catalog Data (Shopify)
Schedule version: E-1.0.0. Provider: Shopify Inc. Provider Terms: Shopify's requirements for this data come from the Shopify API License and Terms of Use (https://www.shopify.com/legal/api-terms, last updated February 27, 2026) and its Catalog usage guidelines (https://shopify.dev/docs/agents/catalog). You do not contract with Shopify; those requirements are stated here as the terms of your use.
E.1 The data. Product records from Shopify's Global Catalog (all Shopify merchants) and Storefront Catalogs (a single store): identifiers, titles, descriptions, options, prices in minor currency units, availability, image URLs, ratings, seller identity, and checkout links ("Catalog Data"). Fields marked Inferred are generated by Shopify's AI, not written by the merchant.
E.2 Approved Use. Showing Catalog Data to your own users, and reasoning over it, at the moment of the request that returned it. Catalog Data is delivered live so that prices, availability, and presentation are the merchant's current ones. It is not delivered for storage.
E.3 Restrictions. You will not, and will not permit anyone acting through your account to:
(a) Store, cache, or re-use Catalog Data beyond the request that returned it, including in an Automated Agent's memory. You may keep a product or variant identifier as a reference; fetch the data behind it again through the Services before you show it or rely on it.
(b) Download, store, or re-host product images. Render them in real time from the URL delivered, and only alongside that merchant's listing.
(c) Build any product index, database, or dataset from Catalog Data, or collect it systematically.
(d) Supply Catalog Data to anyone other than your own authorized users.
(e) Use Catalog Data, or anything derived from it, to train, fine-tune, or improve an AI or machine learning model.
(f) Alter or reroute product or checkout links or the parameters they carry, or send a buyer to any checkout other than the merchant's Shopify checkout.
(g) Use Shopify's name, logos, or trademarks except to state that your application works with Shopify, and then only as Shopify's trademark guidelines allow (https://www.shopify.com/legal/trademarks).
E.4 What you are accepting about the data. Result counts are estimates. Inferred fields may be absent or inaccurate. Prices and availability are as of the request. The merchant is the seller of record for any purchase. Shopify may change the data or its endpoints without notice.
E.5 End of access. Because nothing is retained under E.3(a) and (b) except identifiers, you will delete those identifiers within ten (10) days after your access to this source ends, and you will present no Catalog Data from that point.
