Schedule version: M-1.0.0. Provider: OneMore InfluencersClub OÜ (Influencers.club). Provider Terms incorporated: none. You do not contract with Influencers.club and do not accept its terms. Firecrawl licenses this data under its standard data provider agreement, and this Schedule states what that agreement lets you do with it.
M.1 The data. Creator data delivered from the Influencers.club API through the Services: creator discovery and similar-creator search, creator profiles, analytics, and connected social accounts looked up by handle or email, audience overlap, creator posts and post details including comments, transcripts, and audio, and batch enrichment and classifiers (together, "Influencers.club Data"). Influencers.club Data is personal data about the creators it describes.
M.2 Approved Use. You, your authorized contractors, and any AI agent or automated system acting for you may access, download, retain, and use Influencers.club Data, on or off the Services, for any lawful purpose, including analytics, AI training, fine-tuning, evaluation, and retrieval, and developing and commercializing models and outputs. You owe Influencers.club no royalty on the models or outputs you develop.
M.3 Restriction. You will not resell Influencers.club Data as standalone data, unless M.4 permits it.
M.4 Provider-specific terms. In addition to M.3, and limiting M.2 to this extent, you will not redistribute the Influencers.club database, or a substantial part of it, as a data product offered independently of the Services, or use Influencers.club Data to build, train, or populate a creator or influencer database that is substantially similar to, and offered in competition with, the Influencers.club database.
M.5 Ownership. Influencers.club keeps its rights in Influencers.club Data. You keep your rights in the models, outputs, and other work you develop with it, other than the underlying Influencers.club Data.
M.6 End of access. When your access to this source or to the Services ends, you will receive no new Influencers.club Data. Subject to applicable law, you may keep and continue to use Influencers.club Data delivered before then, and the models and outputs you built with it, under this Schedule. You do not have to delete that data, or destroy or retrain those models, because access ended.
