publisher: FullEnrich Corp version: A-2.0.0 effective: 2026-09-21 schedule: A materiality: material changes: Finalized Source Schedule published; replaces the retained draft.
Source Schedule A: Professional Contact and Company Data (FullEnrich)
Schedule version: A-2.0.0. Provider: FullEnrich Corp, a Delaware corporation. Replaces: the Professional Data Supplement (v1), whose obligations are carried here in full.
A.1 The data. Business contact and company records, including business email addresses, mobile telephone numbers, personal email addresses where the feature is enabled, reverse email lookups, and search exports (the "Professional Data"). Professional Data is personal data about identifiable people.
A.2 Approved Use. Business-to-business and professional purposes only: sales, marketing, and recruitment activity carried out in the ordinary course of your own business.
A.3 Restrictions. You will not, and will not permit anyone acting through your account to:
(a) Sell, resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share, or otherwise make Professional Data available to any third party, including through a product feature, a dataset, an API, an export, a shared workspace, or the output of an Automated Agent that exposes it to anyone other than your own authorized users.
(b) Use Professional Data to determine eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, a government license or benefit, or for any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or a similar law, or for tenant screening, background checks, or debt collection.
(c) Target, profile, or classify individuals by sensitive categories (including race, ethnicity, religion, health, sexual orientation, precise location, or political opinion), or process Professional Data in violation of any data protection, privacy, or marketing law, including the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA and CPRA, CAN-SPAM, and the TCPA and their equivalents wherever you operate.
(d) Use Professional Data for any consumer-facing, personal, or non-professional purpose.
(e) Use Professional Data for competitive analysis of the provider, or to build, develop, provide, or improve a competing contact or company data product, service, or database.
(f) Integrate Professional Data into any product, service, tool, or agent that makes it available to anyone other than your own authorized users. A request to do so is a request for a separate written agreement with Firecrawl.
(g) Combine Professional Data with other data to re-identify, de-anonymize, or build profiles of individuals beyond what the Approved Use requires.
(h) Submit, upload, or store special-category or otherwise sensitive personal data into an enrichment request or search.
(i) Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works of the provider's data or systems except as the Approved Use requires, or reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of the provider's systems.
(j) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice, attribution, or provenance marker attached to Professional Data.
(k) Use the name, logo, or trademarks of the provider or of any of the provider's own data sources.
(l) Use Professional Data for any unlawful purpose, or to send offensive, disrespectful, or unsolicited communications.
(m) Retain Professional Data after Firecrawl notifies you to delete it, or after your access to this source ends, except as A.7 allows.
A.4 Contacting people. You will contact individuals only in their professional capacity; use business email addresses, not personal email addresses, for marketing communications; where personal email addresses are enabled for you, process them only in compliance with the data protection laws that apply to personal email addresses; not use mobile telephone numbers for marketing in violation of the TCPA or an equivalent law; honor opt-outs and suppression requests; and send no communication that is unsolicited or otherwise unlawful under the laws that apply to you.
A.5 Safeguards. You will use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect Professional Data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, and you will ensure that your users, employees, contractors, service providers, and Automated Agents who access Professional Data comply with this Schedule.
A.6 Your role and individuals' rights. You are an independent controller of Professional Data. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, for informing the individuals concerned and obtaining consent where required, for honoring their rights, and, where you receive Professional Data about individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom outside those territories, for your own lawful transfer mechanism. The provider may delete or restrict records when an individual exercises rights under data protection law; when that happens, the affected records will no longer be available through the Services, credits already consumed on them are not refunded, and you will delete any copy you hold and cease using it within ten (10) days of notice from Firecrawl or the provider.
A.7 Deletion. You will delete all Professional Data in your possession or control, and cease using it, within ten (10) days after Firecrawl's request or after your access to this source or to the Services ends. You may retain Professional Data only to the extent law requires you to, and only for that purpose. Section 7.2 applies.
A.8 Restricted transfers. You will not transfer, or otherwise make available or provide access to, Professional Data to any party in a manner that would qualify as a "covered data transaction" under the U.S. Department of Justice rule at 28 C.F.R. Part 202 (Preventing Access to U.S. Sensitive Personal Data and Government-Related Data by Countries of Concern or Covered Persons). You represent, and repeat each time you access Professional Data, that you are not a "covered person" and are not a resident of a "country of concern" under that rule.
A.9 Data protection representation. The provider has represented to Firecrawl that Professional Data has been collected and processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR, on a lawful basis. That representation runs to Firecrawl, not to you.
A.10 Suspension. Firecrawl may suspend or terminate your access to Professional Data or to the Services on breach of this Schedule. This Schedule survives for as long as you retain or use Professional Data.
A.11 What you are accepting about the data. Professional Data is assembled by the provider from its own data sources. Its quality depends on those sources and on the input you supply; neither the provider nor Firecrawl verifies it, and it is provided as-is. Records may become unavailable when individuals exercise their rights (A.6), and credits already consumed on them are not refunded. You use Professional Data at your own risk, and claims arising from your use of it are your responsibility under Section 10.
