Source Schedule D: Financial Fundamentals and Market Data (Fiscal.ai)
Schedule version: D-1.0.0. Provider: Stratosphere Technology Inc., an Ontario corporation, doing business as Fiscal.ai. Provider Terms incorporated: none. You do not contract with Fiscal.ai and do not accept its terms. Firecrawl's order form requires it to bind you to the provisions of the Fiscal.ai Data Feed API Terms (version 2026:9, September 4, 2026) that apply to downstream users; this Schedule is that binding flow-down, and the obligations below are the ones that apply to you.
D.1 The data. Content delivered from the Fiscal.ai Data Feed API through the Services: company financial statements and ratios with sourcing to filings, company-specific segments and KPIs, adjusted metrics, regulatory filings, investor relations materials, fund letters, ownership data (holders and insiders), the earnings calendar, and stock quotes (fifteen-minute delayed and end-of-day historical), for United States, Canadian, European, and United Kingdom issuers (the "Financial Data"). Ownership data names individuals and is personal data to that extent. Quotes are delayed and are not real-time prices.
D.2 Approved Use. Displaying, storing, copying, analyzing, transforming, and using Financial Data within your own applications and workflows, including showing it to your own users, and consuming it by machine to generate outputs for those purposes. Financial Data is delivered to you for redisplay and use in your products, not for onward supply as data.
D.3 Restrictions. You will not, and will not permit anyone acting through your account to:
(a) Sublicense, relicense, or resell the raw Financial Data itself, supply it to anyone in bulk or as a standalone feed, or otherwise make it available as a dataset rather than within your product.
(b) Use scraping, harvesting, mirroring, bulk downloading, systematic caching, or any other extraction method to build, populate, or maintain a separate database, archive, dataset, or repository of Financial Data, or a product or service that competes with Fiscal.ai, beyond what operating your own application requires.
(c) Use Financial Data to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any artificial intelligence or machine learning model, whether yours or a third party's. Use with AI systems is permitted to generate outputs for your own purposes or for display within your applications.
(d) Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notice delivered with Financial Data.
(e) Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the systems that deliver Financial Data, or circumvent any technical or security measure protecting them.
(f) Access Financial Data in a manner that exceeds normal usage patterns or the rate limits Firecrawl applies, or that congests the Services.
(g) Combine Financial Data with your own or others' data in any joint or co-branded service with a third party that presents Financial Data as that service's own.
(h) Use Financial Data for any unlawful purpose, or distribute any application using it that violates the law or has a fraudulent purpose.
D.4 Where the data may appear. Financial Data may appear on any surface of your own applications, including public and unauthenticated pages, in raw or transformed form. No login, paywall, or other gate is required. The one limit is D.3(a): you may not relicense the raw Financial Data or supply it as a feed or dataset.
D.5 Attribution. None is required. If you choose to credit the source, use the wording Firecrawl supplies.
D.6 Your users and safeguards. You are responsible for your users' compliance with this Schedule, for the privacy notices and consents your users' use of Financial Data requires, and for commercially reasonable safeguards against misuse, theft, or unauthorized access. You will notify Firecrawl promptly of any infringement, misuse, or unauthorized access you become aware of, and of any suspected inaccuracy or omission in Financial Data.
D.7 Usage information. Fiscal.ai may verify Firecrawl's compliance no more than once a year, without receiving your identity or your customer terms. On Firecrawl's request you will, within ten (10) days, provide the aggregate usage information about your applications that Firecrawl reasonably needs to answer, which will not include the identities of your users.
D.8 Corrections and removals. Fiscal.ai may add to or remove portions of Financial Data to comply with law, and may discontinue content it loses the right to distribute. When Firecrawl notifies you that content has been removed or must be corrected, you will act on the notice promptly.
D.9 End of access. When your access to this source ends, you will receive no further Financial Data and may not newly redistribute it. You may retain and continue to use Financial Data delivered to you before that date within your applications, under the terms of this Schedule, for as long as your own products remain in use. Section 7.1's deletion rule does not apply to Financial Data delivered before the end of access; it applies to anything obtained after.
D.10 Sanctions. You represent that neither you nor your users who access Financial Data are subject to sanctions or listed on any restricted party list maintained by Canada, the United States, the United Nations, or the European Union, and you will not use Financial Data in or for the benefit of any sanctioned country or person.
D.11 What you are accepting about the data. Financial Data is provided as-is. Neither Fiscal.ai, its suppliers, nor Firecrawl warrants its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness, or accepts liability for delays, interruptions, omissions, or for indirect or consequential loss. Financial Data is not tax, legal, financial, or investment advice and is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. Fiscal.ai and its suppliers hold the proprietary rights in Financial Data; you receive the rights this Schedule states and no others. You use Financial Data at your own risk, and claims arising from your use of it are your responsibility under Section 10.
D.12 Suspension. Firecrawl may suspend or terminate your access to Financial Data or to the Services on breach of this Schedule, or where Fiscal.ai requires it. This Schedule survives for as long as you retain or use Financial Data.
