Source Schedule H: Person and Company Data (Data Legion)

Schedule version: H-1.1.0. Provider: Data Legion Inc., a Delaware corporation, of Austin, Texas. Provider Terms incorporated: none. You do not contract with Data Legion; its requirements for this data are stated here.

H.1 The data. Person records and company records delivered from the Data Legion API: for a person, name, date of birth and age, current and past employment, work email and other email addresses, mobile and other phone numbers, home and work locations including street addresses, LinkedIn profile, skills, languages, education, certifications, and social accounts; for a company, identity, description, industry, size, domains, LinkedIn profile, tickers, and workforce metrics (the "Legion Data"). Person records are personal data about identifiable people. Products delivered without contact details omit email addresses and phone numbers but still carry names, dates of birth, and locations.

H.2 Approved Use. Using Legion Data for your own internal business purposes through the Services, including by Automated Agents acting for you; keeping it in your own customer relationship management and other internal business systems and using it there for those purposes; and generating analyses, summaries, responses, inferences, scores, and other outputs from it. Every record is delivered by a live request made when you ask for it; Firecrawl serves nothing from a store.

H.3 Restrictions. You will not, and will not permit anyone acting through your account to:

(a) Store, cache, or copy Legion Data anywhere other than your own customer relationship management and other internal business systems, or make any store of it available to anyone else.

(b) Resell, redistribute, or make Legion Data available to anyone else, as a standalone dataset or data service or otherwise.

(d) Use Legion Data to build a product or service that materially substitutes for a Data Legion product.

(e) Use Legion Data for any purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Legion Data is not a consumer report, and Data Legion is not a consumer reporting agency.

(f) Process or forward Legion Data in violation of United States export controls, sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control, the Protecting Americans' Data from Foreign Adversaries Act, or any similar law.

(g) Use Data Legion's name, trademarks, logos, or other brand features.

H.4 Your own compliance. You are an independent controller of the personal data in Legion Data. You will comply with the data protection and privacy laws that apply to you when receiving or processing it, and you alone determine whether you have obligations as a data broker.

H.5 Your outputs. The analyses, summaries, responses, inferences, scores, match results, and agent outputs you generate from Legion Data are yours, and you may keep and use them subject to H.3. Data Legion keeps its rights in any Legion Data they contain.

H.6 What you are accepting about the data. Legion Data is provided as-is; neither Data Legion nor Firecrawl warrants its accuracy. Data Legion has represented to Firecrawl that it collected, processed, and licensed Legion Data in compliance with applicable law and holds the rights, consents, and lawful bases needed to provide it. That representation runs to Firecrawl, not to you. Claims arising from your use of Legion Data are your responsibility under Section 10.

H.7 End of access. When your access to this source ends, you will receive no further Legion Data. Section 7.1's deletion rule does not apply to Legion Data you stored under H.3(a) or to your outputs under H.5; H.3 continues to apply to both.

H.8 Suspension. Firecrawl may suspend or terminate your access to Legion Data or to the Services on breach of this Schedule, or where Data Legion requires it. This Schedule survives for as long as you use Legion Data or hold outputs that contain it.
