Source Schedule F: Business Contact and Company Data (Apollo.io)

Schedule version: F-1.0.0. Provider: ZenLeads Inc., doing business as Apollo.io, of Covina, California. Provider Terms incorporated: the Apollo Terms of Service published at https://apollo.io/terms (Last Updated August 10, 2026; the URL, its last-updated label, and the hash of what it returned are recorded at acceptance).

F.1 The data. Business contact and company records from Apollo's Contributor Database and the outputs derived from them: names, job titles, employers, business email addresses, telephone numbers, company profiles, job postings, and related business information (the "Apollo Data"). Apollo Data is personal data about identifiable people. What you send to this source in a request, such as an email address or a company domain to enrich, is passed to Apollo, which may use it to grow, enrich, and verify its database.

F.2 Apollo's own terms apply, and you accept them here. Apollo requires everyone who receives Apollo Data through Firecrawl to accept the Apollo Terms of Service. Firecrawl presents them to you with this Schedule, and your acceptance of this Schedule is also your acceptance of the Apollo Terms of Service in the version presented. Those terms are a contract between you and Apollo: Apollo may enforce them against you directly, and any warranty about Apollo Data is Apollo's, made to you there. Where the Apollo Terms of Service and this Schedule both address a subject, the provision that more strictly limits use of Apollo Data controls. Firecrawl cannot alter or negotiate the Apollo Terms of Service.

F.3 Approved Use. Your own internal business purposes, including sales, marketing, and recruiting outreach to your own prospects and customers. For those purposes you may display, use, copy, cache, store, and make derivative works of Apollo Data, and combine it with your own records.

F.4 Restrictions. You will not, and will not permit anyone acting through your account to:

(a) Distribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or otherwise make Apollo Data available to anyone outside your organization, including through a product feature, a dataset, an API, an export, or the output of an Automated Agent that exposes it to anyone other than your own authorized users.

(b) Use Apollo Data to train, fine-tune, or improve any large language model, artificial intelligence system, or other machine learning technology.

(c) Use Apollo Data, or anything derived from it, to build, train, or improve a product or service that competes with Apollo, or to solicit Apollo's customers. You represent that you are not a direct competitor of Apollo. Apollo may decide that question in its reasonable discretion, and Firecrawl will end your access to this source if it does.

(d) Use Apollo Data for any purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, for any unlawful purpose, or in violation of marketing and communications laws, including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and the TCPA.

(e) Send medical information, financial data, or other sensitive personal data in a request to this source.

F.5 Your own compliance. You are an independent controller of Apollo Data. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your use, for any notice or consent that marketing to a person or processing their personal data requires, and for honoring their rights. Neither Apollo nor Firecrawl has given notice or obtained consent on your behalf.

F.6 Opt-outs and deletion requests. The people Apollo Data describes may opt out or ask for deletion. When Firecrawl passes such a request to you, you will promptly stop using and delete that person's Apollo Data from everything you hold, unless you can demonstrate a separate lawful basis of your own for continuing, and you will confirm that you have done so on Firecrawl's request. This clause survives the end of your access.

F.7 Records. Firecrawl's record of your acceptance includes your organization's name, the name of the person who accepted, and the date and time, and Firecrawl gives Apollo that record on request.

F.8 End of access. When your access to this source ends, you may keep and continue to use Apollo Data already delivered to you, for the purposes in F.3, under this Schedule and the Apollo Terms of Service. Section 7.1's deletion rule does not apply to it. F.6 continues to apply to what you keep.

F.9 What you are accepting about the data. Apollo Data is compiled from third-party sources, is provided as-is, and may contain duplicates, errors, or omissions. Any warranty about it is Apollo's, made to you in the Apollo Terms of Service; Firecrawl makes none. Claims arising from your use of Apollo Data are your responsibility under Section 10.

F.10 Suspension. Firecrawl may suspend or terminate your access to Apollo Data or to the Services on breach of this Schedule or the Apollo Terms of Service, or where Apollo requires it. This Schedule survives for as long as you retain or use Apollo Data.
