# Government Index search now allows 300 requests a minute

Every plan now allows 300 Government Index searches a minute, three times the old limit, and the searches still use no credits.

Teams on every plan can now send **300 Government Index searches a minute** to `/search/gov`, up from 100. Agents that check statutes, regulations, local codes and court opinions in parallel hit fewer `429` errors.

### What you can do

* **Run more searches in parallel.** A burst of 300 lookups now fits in one minute instead of three.
* **Search for free.** Government Index searches still use no credits.
* **Upgrade for unlimited daily calls.** Free, Hobby and Standard teams get 1,000 Government Index calls a day and Growth gets 2,000. Scale and Enterprise have no daily cap.
