No dia 23/08/2026, comprei no Magazine Luiza uma cafeteira Cadence para preparo de dois cafés.

Assim que recebi o produto, fui realizar o primeiro teste e constatei que um dos lados funcionava normalmente, enquanto o outro não funcionava corretamente. Inclusive, o lado que estava funcionando fez com que a xícara enchesse e o café transbordasse.

Diante do problema, solicitei a devolução do produto, o cancelamento da compra e o respectivo reembolso.

A cafeteira foi devolvida no dia 26/08/2026 e, no dia 27/08/2026, consta no sistema que o objeto foi postado nos Correios.

Hoje, 21/09/2026, já se passaram 24 dias desde a devolução, e até o momento não recebi o reembolso.

Quando já haviam se passado 18 dias sem que o reembolso fosse realizado, entrei em contato com o Magazine Luiza pelo WhatsApp para registrar uma reclamação. Na ocasião, o atendente informou que, no máximo em alguns dias, eu seria reembolsada.

Esse prazo também já terminou e, até agora, não houve reembolso nem uma solução para o problema.

Já devolvi o produto há 24 dias e continuo sem o produto e sem receber de volta o valor pago. Além disso, o próprio sistema da empresa não apresenta nenhuma atualização sobre a conclusão do cancelamento.
