### Search sales tax permits

- Capability: `entities/search_sales_tax_permits`
- Description: Search Texas sales and use tax permit holders by legal (business) name, individual owner name, federal EIN or taxpayer number, optionally limited to ACTIVE or INACTIVE permits. Paginated (page_size up to 100) with the site's total count.
- Instructions: Find sole proprietors, out-of-state sellers and other permit holders that are not in the franchise tax register, or confirm a business holds an active Texas sales tax permit. Chain the taxpayer_id into list_sales_tax_locations or get_franchise_account.
